The printing industry is dynamic, with new technologies and methods continuously evolving and improving. SEC is committed to adopting the most advanced technologies to benefit our customers.
EPA's Top 20 Green Power Purchaser
SEC ranks number 17 on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA’s) Top 20 Printers List of the largest green power purchasers. We are purchasing nearly 2.6 million kilowatt-hours (kWh) of green power annually, which is enough green power to meet 100 percent of our purchased electricity use.
G7 Master Printer
We are now a certified G7™ Master Printer. G7 is a new process control methodology developed by the IDEAlliance that enables SEC to reliably produce high-quality commercial printing that has closest possible "visual match" from proof to press. Based on the GRACoL 7 specification standards, these techniques can be applied to both conventional offset as well as digital on-demand printing.
